Sheila Pepe has had solo exhibitions at venues throughout the United States, including Bernard Toale Gallery, Boston; Rowland Contemporary, Chicago; The Santa Barbara Contemporary Arts Forum; Susan Inglett Gallery, New York; Thread Waxing Space, New York; University Gallery at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst; Visual Arts Center, Richmond; Weatherspoon Art Museum, Greensboro; and Zilkha Gallery, Wesleyan University. In addition, her work has appeared in group exhibitions at P.S.1, New York; Museum of Arts and Design, New York; Los Angeles Contemporary Exhibitions; and the Institute of Contemporary Art, Boston. Public collections containing her work include The Fogg Art Museum, Harvard University; Jersey City Museum; List Visual Art Center, MIT; Rose Art Museum, Brandeis University; and Smith College Museum of Art. Her numerous awards include a Joan Mitchell Foundation Grant and a Louis Comfort Tiffany Foundation Award.
