Sculptors should bring any hand tools and hardware they use regularly. Remember, more than one artist may need a tool at a time, and some artists use tools for a long time.

The Firehouse communal area holds a 24" diameter electric kiln (for bisque firing) and the resale materials including clay, plaster and wax.

Supplies and materials:

  • Molding plaster - 50 lb. bags
  • Gas - for Oxy/Acet. and MIG welding
  • Clay - terra cotta and white stoneware
  • Welding rod - arc & gas
  • Wax - microcrystalline, sculpture & paraffin

The shop offers some materials for resale. Please let us know in advance if you will need large quantities. Due to the open nature of the shop we can not accommodate polyester resin or the use of other toxic materials.
