John Lees (b. 1943 , Denville, NJ) received a B.F.A. and M.F.A. from Otis Art Institute in LA, and is represented by Betty Cunningham in NY. He has exhibited extensively including Nielsen Gallery, Boston; the Orlando Museum of Art; the Kansas City Art Institute; Weatherspoon Art Gallery, Greensboro; and Galleria I.S.A., Italy. Lees has received a Guggenheim Grant and an NEA Grant. He has taught at College of St. Rose, Brandeis, Bard, and Wayne State University among others.
