Jackie Brookner’s work has been exhibited at the Centre d’Estudio d’Art Contemporanó, Barcelona; the McKissick Museum, Columbia, SC; the National Civil Rights Museum, Memphis; Pamela Auchincloss Gallery, New York; and Oscarsson-Hood Gallery, New York. She has created public art projects in US cities including Palm Beach, West Cincinnati, St. Louis, and San Jose, as well as abroad in Grossenhain, Germany, and Salo, Finland. Brookner has been the recipient of several major awards, including two National Endowment of the Arts grants, and three New York Foundation for the Arts grants. She has been a professor of Sculpture at Parsons School of Design in New York since 1977. You can view more of her work on her website.
