ArtistFabienne Lasserre

Fabienne Lassere is from Montreal, Canada and received an MFA from Columbia University.  She has also studied at Akademie Vytvarnych Umeni v Praze in Prague and the Escuela Nacional de Artes Plasticas in  Mexico City.  Lessere has participated in the residency program at the Lower East Side Print Shop in New York.  She is the recipient of a grant from the Canada Council of the Arts.  She is currently a Professor at the Maryland Institute College of Art and also has teaching experience at Brooklyn College and Columbia University.  In addition to many international solo and group exhibitions, Lasserre is represented by Gallery Diet New York.  Images may be found on her website:  www.fabiennelasserre.com
