*Anyone can practice Tai Chi regardless of age or ability and all levels of ability are welcome to join this Tuesday evening class. Each session begins with one on one instruction. The class then does a set together, of collected group postures. Tai Chi emphasizes on technique over strength. It requires no special equipment, and can be done indoors or out, alone or in a group. It can burn more calories than surfing, and almost as many as downhill skiing. Instructor, George McKenzie has been an instructor for 18 years, and has been practicing Tai Chi for at least 26 years.
