ArtistCharlie Hewitt

Charlie Hewitt was born in Maine and has participated in many exhibitions, including solo shows at both the Farnsworth Museum in Rockland Maine and the Olin Arts Center at Bates College.  Hewitt is the recipient of grants from the New York State Foundation for the Arts and the New York State Council of the Arts.  His work is included in numerous prestigious collections including the Whitney Museum of Art, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Brooklyn Museum, Portland Museum of Art and an extensive collection at Bates College Museum of Art.  View Hewitt’s work on his website:  www.charliehewitt.com
