Carole Robb (b. 1943, Scotland) received a BA at the Glasgow School of Art and an MFA from the University of Reading, England. Represented by the Robert Steele Gallery in New York City, Robb has exhibited extensively in the U.S. and Europe, and her work is in the permanent collections of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Tate Gallery, the Imperial War Museum, and the V & A Museum, London. Her awards include a Fulbright Fellowship and a Prix de Rome. She has taught at the Royal College of Art in London and currently teaches painting at the New York Studio School. She is a member of the National Academy of Fine Arts, New York. Robb lives and works in New York.
