The closest airport to the Vermont Studio Center is the Burlington International Airport (BTV) in Burlington, Vermont (about a 1-hour drive from Johnson).

Continental, JetBlue, USAIR, United, Delta and Northwest all service the Burlington International Airport.  For schedule and fare information, please contact the airlines directly.  JetBlue and Delta often provide the lowest fares from New York City.

For incoming Residents, on the first day of the Residency session we offer shuttle service to Johnson from the Burlington Airport for arrivals scheduled for before 4:00 p.m.  (The shuttle will also pick up at the Anchorage Inn in Burlington on the first day of the session for anyone flying in a day early. See our list of Hotels and B&B’s for more information.)  On the last day of the Residency session, we offer shuttle service to the Burlington Airport for plane departures scheduled for 9:30 a.m. or later.   Please see our Travel Form for more details.
