Bill Jensen (b. 1945, Minneapolis, MN) received a BA and MFA from the University of Minnesota. He has had solo shows at Nielsen Gallery in Boston, Margo Leavin Gallery in LA, Grob Gallery in London, and Mary Boone and Joan T. Washburn Galleries in NYC. New York group shows include Robert Steele Gallery, American Academy of Arts and Letters, Radix Gallery and a show of etchings at MOMA. Jensen has been in several publications: New York Magazine, The New York Times, Arts Magazine, ArtForum and Art in America. His work is in the collections of the Metropolitan, Whitney, and Brooklyn Museums. Jensen lives and works in NYC.
