ArtistAnne Rochette
Anne Rochette (b. 1957, France) received a Diplôme Supérieur D'Arts Plastiques from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris, and an MA from NYU. She also attended the graduate program at Hunter College. Rochette has had solo exhibits at the Galerie Corinne Caminade and the Galerie J. Rabouan-Moussion in Paris, the Centre d'Arts Plastiques in Saint Fons, and Pretto/Berland/Hall Gallery in NYC. Recently completed site-specific sites include the French Ministry of Culture, Tuileries Gardens, Paris, and the International Park of Sculpture, Australian National University, Canberra. Among others, she has received awards from the NY Foundation for the Arts, the NEA, and the Ministere des Affaires Etrangeres. Teaching experience includes Parsons, RISD, Tyler, and the École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris, where she currently lives and works.
